It reads your organisation's code repositories, data warehouse and enrolled documents to answer questions. It cannot change anything it reads.
Work questions about your organisation's systems and data. Answers may quote records that contain personal information about real people, and the same handling rules apply to those answers as to the systems they came from.
Every question, every answer and every source read is recorded and is visible to your organisation's administrators.
Do not use it to look up people you have no work reason to look up. Do not share answers outside your organisation without checking what they contain first.
Answers can be out of date or incorrect. Check anything you are going to act on, and use the account attached to each answer to see where a figure came from.
